In the process of fixing my terumo infusion pump, STC – 503….
Since I suspect that the previous person replaced a wrong type of battery for it, I changed the battery with another pump’s battery to make sure the problem caused by the battery instead of the PCB board. If that’s the case, I will purchase the batteries, as there is none in the inventory. May be checking with the quotation file to see any purchase was done a few weeks ago. Based on the quotation that we had, it seem no one did any purchase for the batteries lately. After doing the flow test and occlusion test without AC power, it seems the problem involving the battery.
Around late morning, the Profile system is able to work and every one of us are glad as we can update and start the repairs that were sent to use for the past 3 days. I finally able to update what I have done for repairing the sphygonomomamomter and the alternating mattress pump system. We received calls from the training centre which is under human resource department. The faults for the 3 manikin were unable to switch on, cable wore out and unable to power up respectively. We managed to solve the 2 manikins which are resusci anne and one of the casing contained 2 extra cables for the controllers. We replaced the cable and they worked.
In the afternoon, pump control for betabed from huntleigh do not have air pressure due to one of the 3 tubing came off. After reconnection of it, the air pressure seems quite low so I replaced the air drive assembly.
Ventilator 840 series having a fault which displayed “Safety valve open” error message as usual basis, we did the SST test first. After the SST is done, the error message no longer displayed. It occurs to me that the problems usually seem due to the end-user.
