The day was separate half preventive maintenance and half corrective maintenance.

My colleague and I went to SOC C (optometry clinic) to do preventive maintenance for indirect opthalmoscopes, aspirator and projector. We managed to finish the maintenance for this department. However, the power supply of a slit lamp unable to power up after switching on. We found out that there are two fuses blown which are hidden behind the main power slot after calling the vendor. The problem was someone used lower current rating fuses instead of the stated 4A fuse. The fuses are badly burnt. A commissioning of sleep study system took place at the material management department store. More of the software commissioning and it is the first time that I attend such commissioning. The system consists of Sp02 and EEG. It is a diagnosis device.
